APAC Commercial Claims Project Manager recruitment
Lead the design and implementation of Commercial Claims Target State Operating Model(TSOM). Manage multiple subject matter experts representing different Commercial lines of business, regions and countries to develop a common operating model to optimize claim handling across the organization. Assume a major role in leading the pilot and global rollout.
Responsibilities include:
- Accountable for designing the Commercial Claims Target State Operating Model (TSOM)
- Proactively solicits input and manages subject matter experts to design, develop and implement the Commercial TSOM
- Work closely with the claims systems team to insure synergy between new operating model and process flows within the new claims system
- Post design, play major role in the global rollout of the new Commercial lines operating model
- Responsible for resolving conflicts related to competing priorities related to the Commercial lines operating model
- Serve as primary escalation point for Commercial subject matter experts, the global IT design team, and claim executives
Experience Required:
- 5-7 years general project management experience
- Experience within General Insurance, specifically claims, is preferred
- Third level degree in a business discipline
- Project Management Qualification preferred
