APAC CTB Integration Lead recruitment
Group Technology (IT) provides efficient group-wide IT services and tools in line with the needs of the business divisions. It ensures that all business divisions operate as a coherent and effective by providing and managing support and control functions.
This role provides candidates an opportunity to work in challenging environment with focus on production delivery aspects facing off to regional Change leads. APAC CTB Integration Lead will be located in Singapore working closely with London based Services manager and reporting into regional manager. There are no UBS direct reports to manage but will share Line Management responsibility for the outsourced staff that are mainly located in Singapore.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Relationship management with Change leads in APAC region
- Working with the Regional Manager to implement standard global operating model
- Release co-ordination, Risk management, Capacity planning and Infrastructure management for APAC Suite
- Ensuring adherence to Production Readiness with focus on production stability
- Identifying improvement ideas for Production Services and working with the teams to implement
- Thorough undersatnding on Incident, Problem and crisis management
- Business Continuity planning
- Regulatory and audit compliance
Requirements:
In addition to good planning and organizational skills, the candidate will need to have strong communication and presentation skills, facing off to regional change teams. The candidate must demonstrate the following competencies:

Additional / Preferred Requirements:
- 12 - 15 years experience of production services management.
- Willingness for hands on for weekend release implementations
- Expert experience in a support role in a large organization
- Experience working in a time critical environment
- Multi-tasking ability
