APAC Head of FX/MM Development (Director) recruitment
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience:
- An ability to lead a large scale development, support and QA team and delivery on projects during a transformation phase
- An understanding of FX/MM processes and systems is essentinal as is the ability to engage senior level business leaders and IT peers to ensure proper delivery of projects
- A background in the development of propertiary applications would be an added advantage
- Ensure that business requirements are properly translated into technical specifications and that these specifications are delivered fit for purpose to the end users
