JPMorgan Treasury Securities Services (TSS) provides a wide range of transaction, investment and information services that support the needs of small businesses, middle market companies, large corporations, governments, municipalities, financial institutions and institutional investors. Trillions of dollars in cash and securities flow around the world daily as these clients conduct business, and JPMorgan Chase is a key facilitator of that monetary flow through TSS' two divisions: Treasury Services (TS) and Worldwide Securities Services (WSS).
The primary role of this position in the TSS Finance department is to lead the Planning, Reporting and Analysis (PRA) team in support of regional and country executives, product managers and CFOs.
The successful applicant will be an energetic individual with exceptional communication and presentation skills and a strong financial and reporting background, capable of multi-tasking and driving results across a demanding agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a local and off-shore team in consistently delivering standardized, objective, accurate, timely, relevant reporting that facilitates decision-making and tracks progress against commitments, both numerically and verbally
- Orchestrate development of executive and operating committee reporting
- Develop and implement business relevant KPIs and scorecards
- Identify risks and opportunities for each of our market segments
- Oversee and assist with off-shoring model and be the main contact point for Asia
- Identifying, delivering and recording of expense efficiencies
- Assess the impact of investment decisions
Skills
- Good negotiation communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven skills in financial analysis and reporting
- Track record of partnering with and managing expectations of senior management
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with MS Access, Business Objects and Essbase a plus
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced and evolving environment, coupled with prioritization and delivery
- Ability to interact and deal with all levels of personnel
- Ability to see the bigger picture while understanding the detail, ability to provide concise direction and analytics
- Willingness to contribute in a team environment
