APAC Production Support Manager
This Global Investment Bank is known for the strength in the APAC region even post Global Financial Crisis as they have continued to expand and growing their revenue generation business as well as technology supporting functions.
For this reason, they have decided to centralise control of Production Services in Shanghai, China. They are therefore now seeking an APAC Production Support Manager to lead a group of 12 professionals locally but also remote resources in the rest of the APAC region.
You will require your 8+ years solid experience in Production Support of top tier applications, preferably with both front and back office in the Investment Banking domain. You will require your strong ITIL concepts to help you organise the regional processes and resources. Your strong leadership and stakeholder management skills will allow you to communicate your plans efficiently with Regional and Global stakeholders.
