APAC Sales Director, Financial IT, Singapore recruitment
Reporting to the Head of APAC, this role will manage a team of 5 experienced Sales Consultants based across Asia and will be responsible for supporting and developing the team to achieve an agreed team revenue target.
This is a position which requires the Sales Director to achieve these revenue goals through the team as opposed to carrying a personal revenue quota.
Role:
- Manage, support and develop a team of 5 Sales Consultants across the APAC region
- Work with your team to identify and evaluate revenue opportunities within the target market
- Achieve agreed team revenue goals through the Sales Consultants
- Manage PL
- Work closely with management globally to grow the region
Requirements:
- At least 5 years sales management experience (driving revenue through others) with a financial IT vendor
- Previous direct sales experience selling financial technology solutions
- Demonstrable track record of your sales team achieving set revenue quotas
- Applied knowledge of how to train, support and develop sales team
- Fluency in English
- Longevity/commitment in previous roles
