AP/AR Supervisor (1375)
Location: Shelbyville, TN 37162
Description
The AP/AR Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the day to day Accounts Payable/Receivable activities. This included AP vouchering, AR posting payments, reconciling accounts, issue analysis/countermeasure recommendations and working with vendors/customers in a professional manner. Overall responsibility for calculation of month end close journal entries as it relates to Accounts Payable/Receivable is part of this position as well.

This work is performed in a general Headquarters office environment. This position will interface with all functional areas throughout Global operations.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Accounting or Finance) and generally 5 to 8 years experience in related field - priory supervisor experience preferred.
- Experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, administrative, analytical and organizational skills, the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs and the ability to work without constant supervision.
