Seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician - responsible for overseeing the community, general maintenance repairs, unit make ready, preventative maintenance and construction and/or rehab projects. Position requires a minimum of 1+ years of property maintenance experience and HVAC certification. Must be able to handle light plumbing repairs, tile work, HVAC equipment, troubleshoot appliances, carpentry repairs and all facets of apartment make ready.
