APEX Program Systems Engineer Proc and Page Developer

Job Description:

The APEX Program provides mission planning and execution software for a fleet of satellites. The candidate will work on a 5 to 6-person team that develops, modifies, and unit tests scripts and GUI's used for operational control of satellites.

Raytheon is seeking a SE Proc Page developer whose duties include translating satellite operating procedures into satellite control scripts (procedures) and other ASCII files, which collectively form a GUI that effects control and status of the ground system and satellites. Additionally, this SE will be asked to attend peer reviews and provide support the Test Engineering staff, as required, to validate changes or new capabilities.

The SE Proc and Page Developer reports programmatically to the Proc Page Team Lead and functionally to the SE Section Manager.

B.S./B.A. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math or a Science. Eight plus years equivalent experience accepted
