Description: Be the main contact person for the Infinium PL (Accounts Payable) system module. Responsible for carrying out high-level system processing; master controls maintenance and system administration of the CATS Time Entry system module, Infinium PY (Payroll) system module, Infinium PE (Personnel/HR) system module and Infinium PL (Accounts Payable) system module. Maintain the departments AP/PY web sites. Perform system analysis and maintain system security. Document system procedures. Train end users and cross train other team member. Responsible to update any system to reflect changes related to union contracts and corporate policy. Test software upgrades/conversions. Troubleshoot system issues with IS involvement. Assist users with hardware/software/system problems. Responsible for the PL Systems Security. Write and run queries in NGS Interactive Query. Process uploads, corporate bonuses and garnishments. Process and audit transferred employee's relocation expenses. Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly closes to General Ledger. Responsible for year-end reporting and processing of vendor/employee/pensioner annual tax forms (W2s/1099s/1099MISC). Requirements: 1. Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive AP/payroll/accounting information 2. Excellent organizational skills 3. Excellent analytical skills 4. Ability to support a team environment of shared work, shared success 5. Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook 6. Adept at multi-tasking and working under pressure within tight deadlines 7. Attention to detail a must 8. Excellent problem solving skills 9. Well developed written/verbal communications skills 10. Solid knowledge of PE (HRIS)/PL (A/P)/PY (Payroll)/CATS Time Entry System required - Infinium preferred 11. Experience with NGS Query writing 12. Self starter able to work both independently and with a team 13. Solid familiarity with a wide range of financial concepts, terms and procedures Education/Work Experience: 1. Associates degree required; Bachelors degree strongly preferred strongly preferred 2. The candidate must have 2-3 years experience with query writing, computer system maintenance and AP, HR, Payroll and/or Time Entry experience
