Applicant Support – Asset Management recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

First point of contact to user community of any system issues;

Analyze nature of problem and determine severity of incident;

To maintain high degree of customer service and to adhere to Service Level Agreement

To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues

• To provide batch/adhoc jobs monitoring function to ensure smooth operations of global and regional applications

• To provide user administration function to user community

 

Experience and Skills:

• 2 to 3 years of prior application support;

Basic knowledge of SQL , IM Tools and ITIL;

Prior experience in Asset Management would be advantageous
