Minimum Qualifications:

 ·         Minimum of 15 years of experience in the technical /professional field.

·         Minimum technical/professional degree or certification or experience.


 

Work Assignments: 

Performs software governance and oversight activities for medium to large software development projects and tasks within the same and/or different accounts. Assist in evaluating the robustness, completeness and accuracy of proposed designs.

 

1.       Establishes and documents a tailored technical strategy oversight plan in collaboration with the Implementation Architect, for the performance of technical review activities for assigned project or tasks.


2.       Has specialized expertise in Medicaid Claims and Recipient processing including specialized knowledge of pricing and benefits coverage policy in claims processing.

 


3   Conducts legacy analysis and business rules extraction for Claims Front-end and Back-end processes; Develops business rule tables for review and implementation.

 

4   Conducts assessments and evaluations through analysis and interpretation of objective and subjective evidence to verify appropriate allocation of requirements to design elements; allocation of code to requirements; Develops written reports of findings; escalates unresolved issues to appropriate level.

 

5.  Participates in JAD sessions to ensure appropriate scope management.

 

6   Evaluates work products to independently assess robustness, completeness and accuracy of design and construction and reports findings. Assists in implementing recommendations as approved.

 

7   Gather, use and independently analyze performance metric data. Present analysis findings to the appropriate levels within the organization both verbally and through the preparation of written reports. Provide recommendations regarding possible approaches to resolving defects.

 

8   Participate in special projects, external audits, evaluations and process improvements in support of governance initiatives.

 

9   Assist project and senior management in defining and maintaining an effective and efficient technical oversight program including developing and presenting associated recommendations.
