Application Business Analyst & Developer, Risk Infrastructure, Group Risk recruitment
Group Risk is the central resource for quantifying and managing the portfolio of risks taken by the Group as a whole. You will be required to provide support and development to market risk systems.
Responsibilities
- Involved in the entire software development life cycle including Requirement analysis, application development, implementation, maintenance and post-implementation review
- Assist in integration testing which include diagnosing program defects, integration and performance issues and to recommend and carry out necessary follow-ups
- Has to be hands-on and involved in providing user support, investigating and troubleshooting issues, as well as providing timely improvements / resolutions to address problems / incidents encountered
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Software Development experience using JAVA technologies
- Technically hands-on IT professional and equipped with one or more of the following languages, tools and technologies: Java EE, Spring Web MVC, JavaServer Faces, Struts, Hibernate, Web Services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL Server and WebLogic
- Strong quantitative analysis skills
- Sound analysis knowledge of Access, Excel, Database Analysis tools
- Good functional knowledge in BASEL II Credit RWA, Credit Risk Processes (e.g. Expected Positive Exposures / Potential Future Exposures), Market Risk VaR Stress Test
