In this role you will support a range of applications for our National Private Client's team, acting as a conduit between the business and external vendors you will play an important role in the ongoing maintenance of our software and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the lifecycle of a portfolio of applications to ensure their currency and compatibility within the PwC environment
- Work with the Relationship Management team to qualify significant new portfolio projects and prepare budget forecast and implementation plans.
- Consistently look to improve service levels through process improvement and operational excellence
- Support product changes and upgrades through soliciting requirements and ensuring key deliverables are met
Key requirements:
A minimum 2 years related IT experience gained from within an Application or IT Support based discipline where you have helped support the configuration and troubleshooting of a range of hosted applications Further to this you will have a client centric mindset and excellent communication skills that allows you to mange expectations work with documented processes and engage at both a business and technical level.
