We are proud to be the main recruitment partner of a Singapore-headquartered  financial product company, whose core business lies in providing modern and secure trade and portfolio management platforms for the wealth management industry. Boasting consistent profits and a growing customer portfolio of leading banks, our client is expanding their technology team to cater to the increasing demands for their award-winning, in-house developed e-Commerce platform.

 An exciting opportunity has emerged for a customer-facing Application Expert in their Singapore office. Interacting directly with customers, you will be expected to understand business requirements and ensure that the in-house J2EE application is configured and deployed satisfactorily. You will be the key contact person for the customers during the SIT, UAT and OAT phases, and train them to use and configure the application. You will provide in-depth technical analysis on any defects found, and feedback to the development team. 

To be considered for this role, you have proven experience in the configuration and deployment of complex E-Commerce systems. You have demonstrated excellent stakeholder management skills, and shown evidence of having successfully negotiated resolution timeframes for critical issues in the interests of two or more parties. In addition, you have queried relational databases and analyzed log files, and have good working knowledge of UNIX. It is essential that you are a clear communicator with good people skills. Prior experience with wealth management IT solutions will set you apart from other candidates.
