Provide Application development, integration and technical support as part of the Database Administration Department. Activities include problem resolution and building new, and enhancing existing, applications and integration related to the banks systems and data warehouse.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze, design and deploy technical solutions to business problems.
Coding, testing, rollout of new IT projects and application enhancements.
Contribute to project development estimates and timelines.
Write and maintain technical and function specifications.
Writing stored procedures and queries.
Perform unit testing for programs and reports, create document and execute unit testing, evaluate results against specifications, isolate and fix defects.
Prepare applications for release through change control process
Provide production support for existing systems, including troubleshooting, fixing bugs and implementing enhancements.
Provide subject matter expertise input to team members on workability of designs, architecture, and testing.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge and minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft .Net and SQL server development technologies.
Proficiency with the following: VB.Net, C#, VBScript, JavaScript, and TSQL.
PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project, and technologies such as .Net Framework, Visual Studio.
Proficiency with forms, formulas, custom interfaces
Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and procedures.
Excellent communications skills.
B.S in Computer Science, Information Computer Systems or related field.
