Our IT group provide enabling business technologies and information technology services that support the firm in meeting its overall strategic objectives. With a National focus our Application Development group partner with business groups to develop products and services that compliment overall solution design as part of the development lifecycle.

In this challenging position you are expected to analyse, design, develop and integrate applications/programs against a solution design aligned to industry standard. Key responsibilities include:
· Translating solution design, to detailed specifications ensuring due consideration and process is applied to all application/technology elements.
· Determining feasibility and compatibility of applications to ensure successful integration that maximises operational efficiencies.
· Performing initial system testing, coding modifications whilst collaborating with Project Managers to ensure key project milestones are met
· Providing support in analysing, troubleshooting complex issues whilst working with teams to develop and maintain operational and system support changes.
Key requirements include:
· Minimum 4 years application development background in a related client centric environment
· Experience in SQL and BizTalk - candidates without this experience will not be considered
· An ability to think creatively around application and web development
· Strong interpersonal skills that you use to influence others around new ways of thinking
· A SharePoint background will be highly regarded.
