The Application engineer with RD experience will lead the implementation of products of high volume or strategic significance from prototype to production. He/she will be responsible for the technical realization of all process steps including: coating, testing, fixturing, cleaning and other pre- and post-treatments at the coating center. He/she will interact with technical counterparts of customers to provide solutions and make sure the requirements to successfully coat parts are understood and implemented. He/she will follow the Oerlikon Balzers POM processes and documentations. He/she will support production to solve quality issues.
