Job Description: The Industry Solutions Practice Manager is a national position with responsibilities that align both with ATT's Commercial Enterprise sales segments focused on advanced applications, integration and technology solutions. The successful candidate for this position will have a wide range of industry, technology, and business acumen along with a strong mobility solutions strong mobility solution background in various sectors. A candidate's technical background should be balanced by extensive sales and solutioning experience. While this role is an individual contributor role, it is considered a leadership, business development, and selling position. The Industry Solutions Practice Manager will work closely to support Industry and Mobility Applications Solutions team in conjunction with ATT Client Sales Executives throughout the United States. Primary responsibilities include identifying, defining, designing, and supporting advanced application platform solutions for customers by leveraging the latest in mobility platforms and technologies as well as leveraging appropriate parts of the ATT portfolio (e.g. hosting, synaptic services, telepresence, etc.) in an industry transforming way. The candidate should be able to apply consultative selling skills to deeply understand the customer's key business workflows and identify business processes most dramatically impacted by real time access to information. In addition, the candidate should be able to demonstrate, from their own experience, delivery of successful transformational mobility solutions to Financial customers. In addition, the Industry Solutions Practice Manager should be able to: Apply ATT's Industry Solutions Practice sales framework and methodology within the context to identify and prioritize mobile applications solutions and opportunities. Demonstrate an understanding of C-suite strategic agenda and position ATT capabilities appropriately. Structure and facilitate conversations and strategic direction related to mobile solutions development and deployment with both IT and Line of Business stakeholders. Articulate key competitive, structural, and regulatory issues and potential technology enabled approaches to addressing these issues. Demonstrate proficiency in advanced applications sales (e.g. mobile CRM/SFA, mobile dashboards/analytics, mobile learning, mobile B2C, mobile ERP enablement etc.). Facilitate collaborative sessions with customers to drive visioning, solution definition, and roadmap creation while constantly advancing the sales cycle. Create and deliver C-level presentations, demonstrations, and discussions in a credible and compelling manner, and position self as a trusted advisor. Drive the end-to-end sales-cycle from qualification to execution including deal close. Package both sales and delivery artifacts (methodologies, proposals, etc.) for repeatability and knowledge management. Partner with Account Executives and segment based Mobility Applications Consultants to proactively identify, close and deliver advanced mobility solutions with particular emphasis on targeted solution offers. They should also be able to leverage additional constituents and expertise from inside the ATT Applications Solutions organization. Build strong alliances, both internal and external, with key and emerging mobility ecosystem solution partners. Thrive in a fast paced, evolving, and rapidly growing business environment.
