Your mission
- You will be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team focusing on the testing and validation of electronics, firmware, and software that make up measurement systems within the Energy market.
- You will be responsible for the design and implementation of test concepts for PC application software as part of a sophisticated measurement system to monitor the health of mission-critical rotating machinery.
- You will oversee the work of additional offsite groups that will execute the test concepts and methods that you produce.
- Due to the vast range of measurement applications, the related products can be characterized by a high degree of sophistication, complexity and versatility, challenging your analytical skill, and problem-solving capability.
Your profile
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in designing and implementing test concepts for PC-based application software.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools and processes.
- Experience in deploying and managing test infrastructures and frameworks.
- Experience in engineering analysis applications is an asset.
- Experience in automated graphical user interface testing an asset.
- Experience in working with offsite testing groups is an asset.
- Languages: very good working levels required in English, French and/or German an asset.
- Ability to generate, and/or maintain detailed technical documentation in English.
- Pro-active and persevering personality, enjoying taking initiative.
- Self-starter, quick learner.
