Job Description

The Technical Specialist of the FX Commodities Core Systems will be responsible for deploying and maintaining applications on the project’s infrastructure and delivering known configured environments to the development and testing teams.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience working in the front office environment within the trading or funds management industry
• Working experience directly on trading applications; and knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL Server and/or Cognos
• Awareness of trading tools (ie) Bloomberg, Blackrock or Charles River etc.
• Experience in scripting languages .
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills, particularly in complex technical environments.
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Proven track record of working effectively as part of a team.
