Application Support – Financial Markets – Singapore recruitment

The group you will be a part of is responsible for supporting a number of finance applications across the Asia Pacific region. The level of service varies from total support and responsibility of local systems, to root cause analysis on the more complex global applications, escalating accordingly. These systems have been developed on a variety of platforms and languages and require an experienced and diligent problem solver. 

There is a large element of internal communication with regional peers and global development teams, as well as external communication with 3rd party Vendors. This role offers the opportunity to operate with a relative amount of autonomy whilst working as part of the Asia Pacific team contributing to wider global applications.

The position requires the incumbent to have a broad range of IT skills and be capable of working in an environment that requires flexibility, problem solving, delegation and strong interpersonal skills.
