Application Support – FX
Application Support Analyst to join the FX team in our investment banking client to provide support for mission critical trading applications with face off to senior front office and IT management. Specific role aim is to reduce work drivers within FX to reduce the support effort and streamline the current manual processes around user on-boarding, entitlement and issue reporting.
Candidates will require:
- FX Business Knowledge
- Previously experience of App Support within an investment bank
- Database Skills, MS Access, Oracle Sybase
- Unix
