Application Support Analyst – Sydney CBD – Investment Banking recruitment

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of Australia's leading financial services organisations, that value technology as a core attribute in their business plan and can boast numerous market leading technology projects.

Sitting within a dynamic, global team, you will provide accurate, professional and friendly application support for a range of eCommerce platforms covering Foreign Exchange, Equities and Fixed Income internal and external clients.

Specifically, you will be leading by example by taking ownership of each client issue – right from root cause through to solution. This will include monitoring system architecture, coordinating other production support teams while interacting with 2nd / 3rd level support staff as well as Traders / Sales teams.

To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrated experience within the application support field with in-depth knowledge of banking (investment / retail / commercial). Exceptional communication skills are an absolute must, however additional language experiences in Mandarin or Cantonese are highly-desired.
