A leading provider of electronic trading systems used for futures, options (derivatives) and equities automated trading and algorithmic trading is looking for an application support analyst. My client's award winning products are used by top banks, hedge funds and proprietary trading firms and they are on track to continue expanding throughout 2013.
As an Application support analyst - financial services, electronic trading, Linux, UNIX, futures, options, equities, derivatives, automated trading, algorithmic trading - you will have the following responsibilities:
* Respond to and resolve client support queries relating to order entry, risk management and exchange connectivity
* Analyse client order sand trade histories
* Document and track support case histories
* Work with client to deploy and configure products
* Manage and distribute installation of enhancements
To be considered for the role of Application support analyst - financial services, electronic trading, Linux, UNIX, futures, options, equities, derivatives, automated trading, algorithmic trading- you must have the following skills and experience:
* Financial services application support experience
* Knowledge of futures and options and equities
* Unix / Linux skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
