Application Support Analyst - Asset Management - Charles River - SimCorp Dimension – Thinkfolio – Front Arena – Aladdin – Latentzero
The successful Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to the trading teams and other business users through from identifying and logging issues to successful resolution.
In addition, the Application Support Analyst will have previously supported ONE or more of the following order management systems, such as Charles River, SimCorp Dimension, Thinkfolio, Front Arena, Aladdin or Latentzero. Applicants must have a solid understand of relational databases, including Oracle and MS SQL Server and will have strong Scripting skills.
Only candidates with asset management experience will be considered for this role.

- 1st and 2nd line Application Support
- Incident resolution, root cause analysis and problem management
- Knowledge of one or more of the following OMS: Charles River, Simcorp Dimension, Thinkfolio, Front Arena, Aladdin or Latentzero
- SQL
- Asset Management experience
