My client is a global trading system provider and they are currently seeking a Support Analyst. They offer full spectrum of buy-side and sell-side institution business process across front, middle and back offices. Their clients are investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, fund administrators, and prime brokers.
This is a unique opportunity to join an explosively growing company and work with some of the largest investment banks and hedge funds on streamlining their business process by providing 1st and 2nd line support to investment banks, hedge funds and fund houses to adopt front-to-back trading solutions and liaising with traders and brokers in a dynamic environment.
Requirement:
- 2 - 7 years of experience in a client facing, financial technology environment (hedge fund is a big plus), first-tier Prime Brokerage
- Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities and ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in handling 1st / 2nd line support.
- Shell/ Perl Scriptings
- Excellent business knowledge in Algo / Cash Equities
- Experience in Financial Product/Software Support firms is a plus
- Experience with FIX protocol
