Application Support Analyst recruitment

The Application Support analyst will be part of a global team ensuring Applications are online and available for use by the business in accordance with the agreed SLAs..

Main tasks :

-Ensuring the production environments remains stable and operate within their SLA requirements.

-Ensure all incidents and problems are logged and managed to the required outcomes, undertake daily housekeeping activities on the applications.

-Knowledge of Global Web Portal

-Excellent command of both French and English language with strong written and verbal communications.

-Strong technical skills with the ability to learn, coupled with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

-Good time management skills.
