Application Support Analyst recruitment

Purpose of role

Reporting locally to the IT in Monaco, the Application Support analyst will support the main Compliance applications and Sanctions screening applications. The person will be part of a global team ensuring Applications are online and available  for use by the business in accordance with the agreed SLAs..

Core accountabilities

Primary responsibilities include ensuring the production environments remains stable and operate within their SLA requirements. Ensure all incidents and problems are logged and managed to the required outcomes, undertake daily housekeeping activities on the applications. In addition to running small application projects

Role Requirements

Experience working on private banking applications within a FUNCTIONAL Application Support role a preference.

Good knowledge of a least one banking areas ideally compliance

Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL Unix and Linux

(Nice to have)

Knowledge of Actimize, Fiserv or Datanomics applications

Key clients (internal and external)

International Private Banking, Traders, Operations, Compliance and other IT Teams.

Language skills

The role holder will have an excellent command of both French and English language with strong written and verbal communications. The communication demands of the role are high and the role holder will be communicating with both business users and technology colleagues on a daily basis for whom English is not always their first language and high levels of visual and aural concentration will be required.

Strong technical skills with the ability to learn, coupled with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.  The individual should have good time management skills. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. They will process high levels of energy and productivity with a can do attitude.
