Application support analyst with experience in supporting buy side, front office software required to join a leading, global provider of trading and compliance software. My client has a global network of offices and has one of the most widely used and multi award winning buy side software suites.
You will join a high calibre and established team in my client stunning City of London offices. You will provide 2nd line technical support to well-known clients such as Goldman Sachs, Insight investments and Threadneedle.
As an Application support analyst - buy side, front office, OMS, SQL, FIX protocol, UNIX -you will have the following responsibilities:
* Accepting support queries visa email and telephone and finding permanent or temporary solutions
* Accurately reproducing major issues and escalating to development
* Contributing to the improvement of my client's processes and procedures
* Attending conference calls and meeting with clients to discuss support issues
* Assisting the support manager in ensuring SLA agreements are adhered

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience:
* 4+ years of experience supporting buy side trading applications
* Strong UNIX and SQL skills
* Knowledge of equities and another major asset class
