The Role
Providing application support for the bank's middle office and back office systems for across all the asset products, especially cash equity. Working in a team of 4 covering support for middle office to back office, through operations to reconciliation as the 2nd level support team. Ensuring high level incident resolution for users, ensuring operational issues are resolved and working on system upgrades/ project work
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years application support experience for an investment bank.
- Strong middle office, back-office or settlement experience with equities or derivatives products.
- Business knowledge of cash equities, futures/options or finance systems
- Strong Scripting experience, Websphere exposure and database query (SQL) experience.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- University graduate
