Essential skills
- Proven track record carrying out 1st/2nd line support for core banking and online banking systems
- Experienced at prioritising issues + incidents - including testing before functional changes are released into the live production environment
- Strong T-SQL skills
- Knowledge of Waterfall/Agile advantageous
