- Application Support/ Jnr Analyst Programmer
- Muct be an Australian Citizen and hold base line clearence
Provide technical advice and support to all VIP and customers. Support includes resolving operating system and application software issues on Desktop workstations and Servers.
- Corrective Maintenance (Problem Resolution)
- Work Management;
- Change Management
- Database Administration;
Staff will need to be willing to provide before and after hours support between the following:
- 7:00 - 8:30am
- 5:30 - 9:00pm
Required Skills:
- Exceptional customer service involves exceeding customer expectations, where the standards and level of service received exceed what the customer could reasonably define as normal or expected.
- Well-developed written and oral skills.
- The ability to provide end to end service across your dealings with a customer.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of team work through positive and productive personal behaviours.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups, key internal and external stakeholders.

- Exchange Server – managing emails.
- The person needs to be a trouble shooter; help users set up accounts and logins; provide assistance when a user gets an error submitting.
- The help guide and handbooks are pretty comprehensive. A new person would need to familiarise themselves with the doco.
