My client are a Global Financial institution and I have the pleasure of assisting them in their search for a Head of eCommerce Support within their London office.

The perfect candidate will be a hands on eCommerce Support Manager who is working in a front office environment for an Investment Bank.

Accountabilities: key responsibilities:

- Production Support of 14 eCommerce Applications
- Ensuring ongoing operational system availability within defined hours or operations
- Timely and effective communication of incidents to all affected users
- Full incident management and reporting through to resolution.
- Line management of team of 10 support team members

Key Capabilities/Knowledge

- Strong domain knowledge and expertise in FX/MM trading and operations
- Demonstrable understanding of Sales and Trading applications and trade flow to Back End systems.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure
- Understanding of core IT process
- Expertise in Incident Management, Risk Assessment and Root Cause Analysis
- Ability to communicate clearly across to front office users
- Deep knowledge of RET Reuters Electronic Trading, MarketsLink

Experience

- Minimum 2 years Line Management experience Strong knowledge and expertise in Change Management
- Previous experience of working with external hosting providers and understanding of Service Level Agreements.
- Experience with working with external vendors
