Application Support Manager – Spread betting – London recruitment
My client, a top Spread Betting Index, is looking to hire an application support manager who has experience of managing a support team of at least 3 within a spread betting environment. This role is primarily a hands-off position but the individual will need experience of supporting high availability and mission critical systems. This is a great opportunity for an experienced support manager to take the reins of an established support team and develop their career within a consistently profitable and ambitious company that looks to reward hard work with progression and financial reward. Required Skill set:
Managed a team with at least three direct reports
Confident still applying hands-on knowledge of SQL, UNIX and Windows when required
Experience of maintaining KPIs and ensuing that SLAs are adhered to
Must have managed a team who were supporting mission critical systems
