Application Support Specialist recruitment

To manage settlement system incidents together with system maintenance (including upgrades, changes and fixes), administration and project duties to ensure smooth transition to BAU. Knowledge of payment flows, cycles and credit transfer together with an understanding of BACS, SEPA and Open Payment Framework. Strong technical skills including MS Windows (Client and Server) Linux Knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ/Process Server/Application Server Knowledge of MS SQL and/or Oracle MS Office including MS Access. 

Experience supporting settlement related applications - preferably including remote users – is advantageous as is the ability to speak Japanese.
