Application Support – Thinkfolio recruitment
Application Support Analyst required by Asset Management firm to join their Front Office team.
The Application Support Analyst will work as part of a global team that supports Thinkfolio and other front office applications such as Statpro, Sylvan, Research Database etc. The application support analyst’s role also encompasses analysis and resolution of problems/issues.
The Application Support Analyst will have the following responsibilities: -
• 1st and 2nd Line Support for Global Front Office Investment Systems (including Portfolio Modelling, Order Management, Performance, Risk and Compliance).
• Daily monitoring of system load processes to ensure that systems are available to the business within deadlines and with accurate data.
• Analysis of system enhancement requests from the business, liaising with Vendors where necessary.
• Testing and implementation of system upgrades.
• Liaising with data providers (e.g. Back Office, Market Data etc.) to resolve queries
The Application Support Analyst should have the following skills: -
• Application Support experience
• Front Office experience
• Order Management System knowledge (CRD, Thinkfolio, Linedata, Sophis Value)
• Asset Management experience
