The Company
Our Client, a leading Global Bank provide a comprehensive range of financial services: personal financial services; wealth management commercial banking; corporate, investment banking and markets; private banking; and other activities. Within this portfolio is a need for Application Support Analyst within their Wealth Management Run the Bank team.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Wealth Management application Support, you will be a member of the Run The Bank (RTB) team to support systems used by Wealth Management Division. You will engage in helpdesk activities for Wealth Management systems and ensure requests from Wealth Management users in Asia are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin or Cantonese a big plus) is vital.
Your Profile
As an Application Support Analyst in the Wealth Management team, you will have 3 to 4 years of experience in working with Wealth Management particularly on a UNIX platform. Scripting skills as well as strong knowledge of SQL is important. Completed Avaloq Certification training is a nice to have and hands-on knowledge for AUTOSYS (job scheduler) would be good.
