Specific Job Description Lockheed Martin seeks an Application Software Manager in Baltimore, MD to analyze client's requirements and develop high level architecture and object models. Responsible for developing, configuring, testing and implementing enterprise systems. Provide database designs to accommodate data requirements for the project. Develop applications using Oracle, Java, Web sphere, XML, Web Services and .NET technologies. Manage and provide technical leadership skills for other computer programmers. Oversees the preparation of application system specifications. Directs the planning, implementation, and coordination of system upgrades, enhancements or maintenance.
