Student Systems Management is seeking a Professional Technologist 3, Application Systems Analyst. This position provides technical leadership and project oversight in the research, development, and implementation of large and small information technology projects, interfaced systems, and integrated systems critical to the mission of administrative and academic areas of WVU and Regional Campuses relating to the Student Information System (Banner/STAR). Applicants should have 4-6 years of overall experience in the following areas: 1. Experience utilizing web development tools 2. Design and implementation of student information systems software, preferably Banner in a UNIX and Oracle environment 3.
