Experis is currently searching for an Application Team Lead for the Jacksonville, Florida or Long Island, NY area:
The Application Team Lead for MOP will manage the MOP application and oversee the development team. Build and manage relationships with business clients, Information Security, Compliance, Project Management, Business Analysis, and other development and infrastructure teams to guide the direction of the MOP platform and meet application team and business goals. Prioritize and schedule work for the team based upon requests from clients and other sources. Manage program budget in conjunction with PM and other development teams and raise budget changes to the attention of management and Finance. Understand business processes automated in the system and participate in business process reengineering that has potential impacts to the application. Represent development team in strategic program sessions and roadmap conversations.
Resource should have the following skills experience:
-Minimum of 5 years IT experience, including experience in application development and/or project management
-Prior experience with Oracle Siebel MRM modules or another Marketing Resource Management/Enterprise Marketing Management system is preferred
-Experience leading large (20+ person) geographically disparate teams
-Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external groups at varying levels of business and technical knowledge.
MOP is a major program to centralize and automate marketing processes, currently focusing on planning and managing marketing campaigns. The solution centers around Oracle Siebel but also utilizes Oracle OBIEE and TIBCO AMX.
