Job Title: Application Technical Architect
Location: Providence, RI
People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.

• Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.

The Application Technical Architect will be responsible for creating high-level design for an application.
Responsibilities will include:
• Undertake review of application design artifacts and supervises application development support
• Works under the direction of Technical or Enterprise Architect
• Has required technical knowledge and experience in specific application technology.
• Provide support guidance to development and support teams
• Onsite would have interaction with 3rd parties and client teams
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years technology and application development and service management experience with Java based applications, including .NET, and ETL
• Minimum 5 years experience in undertaking the review of application design artifacts and supervises application development and support
• Minimum 5 years experience in banking
Preferred Qualifications:
• Applies functional and technical knowledge in recommending changes and maintenance of 2 -3 software applications
Professional Skill Qualifications:
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to Interface with technology leadership
• Understands multi-location delivery experience
• Intermediary client-facing and relationship building Skills
• Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio.
• Highly organized with good time management skills.
