The Judge Group (Judge Technical) is recruiting for an Application Ananlyst for our client located in South Denver (DTC). This is a Direct-hire position. The Application Solutions Analyst provides technical consultative services during the implementation process. This role will interact with Implementation, Product Management, Technology, Quality Assurance and Client Services (Functional Analysts) roles. This role is a support function working directly with project teams on complex projects or expansions to develop and articulate technical solutions, assisting the project team in meeting the clients business and technical requirements. This role involves client-interfacing and supporting the implementation project team internally. Key Areas of Responsibility: Participates as a PSO implementation project team member, designing the technical solutions and supports the configuration, and integration(s) as needed Prepares technical architectural and implementation design content contributing to the Business Process and Configuration, Internal Design Review and Client Solutions Review deliverables Contributes and participates in the Internal Design Review process and Client Solutions Review process Acts as a consultant to the consultant for less complex solutions, but when a technical advisor is needed Is the Subject Matter Expert to Configuration Best Practices supporting PSO implementations and expansions: maintains the Best Practices workbook after each release, provides best practices deviations implications to PSO team and client as needed Develops and participates in the transition process from Implementation to the Functional Analyst role, focusing on the technical solution Required: A minimum of 2-4 years of information technology experience with application/solution architecture Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field of study required Proven ability to understand business processes and operations issues or objectives and ability to translate them into application solutions Implementation experience of complex systems across a number of business functions Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problems Ability to build rapport with diverse and differently motivated individuals, groups, and departments Exceptional organizational skills - ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick turnaround Flexible, team player approach to work The successful candidate will thrive in an engaging, fast-paced environment Demonstrable do whatever it takes attitude to get the job done Preferred: Exposure to application architecture, databases or system design Understands Internet, Intranet and SaaS architectures Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and web based software applications Experience in services procurement and/or procurement environment
