Job Description
Reporting to an Applications Support Team Leader, you will provide outstanding support for a variety of trading applications and business critical systems. The role will require on-call 24 hour support on a fortnightly roster.
The Successful Applicant
To secure this outstanding role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience supporting applications in an a banking or financial services related environment
- Tertiary qualification
- Commercial experience providing Applications Support
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and UNIX platforms
- UNIX and SQL scripting skills
- Understanding of IT access control and the SDLC
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and cope within a fast paced environment
- Ideally SQL Server experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
