Qualified applicants must have: (1) Bachelor's deg (or foreign equiv) in Comp Sci, Electronic Engg, Comp Engg or rltd fld, + 7 yrs exp in pos. offd or in progressively responsible pos. in s/ware business applics, production support, quality assurance, analysis, tech mgmt or rltd pos.; (2) 7 yrs exp in all phases of applic s/ware dvlpmt/maintenance life cycles in client server/web-based envrmt; (3) 5 yrs exp w/: (a) troubleshooting issues dvlpg solutions for HRA (Human Resource Administration)/FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts)/ HSA (Health Savings Account) s/ware applics; (b) Consumer Driven Health Care products applic of these products in Health Plan setting; (c) HRA/ FSA/HSA product dsgn mktg, to incl core Health Plan processes, integration of HRA/FSA/HSA applics w/core Health Plan products; (4) 5 yrs exp in Caregain Consumer Asset Management Platform ("CAMP") applic, incl all core CAMP modules, i.e., translation layer, payment engine, contribution module, Pharmacy Benefits Manager ("PBM") claims processing engine, enrollment/ claims, Caregain CAMP source code all inner workings of CAMP applic logic tiers; (5) 5 yrs exp w/: (a) Java/J2EE, .NET, Web Services, Business Objects SQL Server; (b) working w/technical business team across mult. functional areas of CAMP applic Consumer Driven Health Care spectrum; (6) 3 yrs exp w/: (a) SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to incl reqmts gathering doc (functional technical), system dvlpmt, testing implmtg s/ware applics, release defect mgmt; (b) integrating Enrollment Claims data w/HealthEquity for admin of HSA product line, outside TPA (third party administrators), mgmt of Sourcing Vendors off-shore resources; (7) 1 yr supervisory or project lead exp in applic s/ware dvlpmt.
