Sand Resources has an excellent opportunity available for a high calibre Application services analyst with extensive experience of managing complex IT Services for a large client in London. The candidate should have strong experience working in the private sector.
Application Service/ Transition analyst Role:
• Create clear and concise documentation for all delivery process and solutions.
• Review, recommend and deliver Application Maintenance Support service definitions, descriptions and requirements for a major programme.
• Cost saving through efficient use of resources and analysing client's Business applications to ensure each app/service is "relevant and current.
• Lead on customer satisfaction initiative through 3rd parties working relationship.
Application Service/ Transition analyst Skills:
• ITIL v3 Service Management qualifications
• Strong experience working in an application assurance environment.
• The successful candidate will be an experienced IT professional.
• Strong communications, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Analytical and creative approach to problem solving.
• Recognised expertise in the technical specialism, the technology involved, current developments, the most commonly available products, and the application of the specialism within a technical or business environment.
• Sound, broad knowledge of IT and an excellent understanding of how the technical specialism relates to other areas of IT and how it impacts on other business functions.
• Persuasive in communicating at all levels and is able to ensure that advice regarding the technical specialism is acted upon.
