Applications Specialist – Spectral Analyzers

Help facilitate new product release and introduction into client services.

Track product issues and participate in product development meetings accordingly.

Provide competent technical support by answering questions from customers and other internal parties for assigned projects and products.

Demonstrate proficiency by quickly gathering pertinent data, recommending corrective actions and following-up with internal and external customers to ensure issue closure and resolution.

Create customer loyalty by crafting product demonstrations to solve specific needs.

Required:

*** Technical familiarity with Spectral Analysis machines, able to install, maintain, and operate.

*** BS in related Science discipline, Masters a plus.
