Applications Support Engineer Job in City Of London, London UK
Our client is a full service, top 100 commercial law firm employing over 250 fee earners. The firm is now looking for an Applications Support Specialist for a role based from its smart offices in the City of London.
Working in a small, highly professional team, the postholder will take responsibility for the firms applications, many of which are specific to the legal sector. The duties include; taking the lead to create and test new desktop builds, creating scripts and testing policies, developing supporting and initiating bug fixes, installing test patches, managing and deploying MS Office developments and enhancements including template management systems and troubleshooting all end user applications and mobile applications.
Ideally with five years experience gained within the legal or professional services sector, you will need a background working with legal applications such as; Worksite, InterAction, Bighand, Time Recording and CMS as well as MS Office, network protocols, Active Directory, hardware builds and peripheries.
The role will be shift based from 8.30-19.00 and offers an excellent opportunity to join a stable and excellently managed team. The firm offer excellent career prospects
