Appointment Advisor

We are looking to recruit for enthusiastic and experience contact centre staff for a client based near Wythenshawe. The organisation specialise in providing hearing aid services to customers and have been operating for over 60 years. They are a well known national organisation with 100s of branches nationally. They are looking to grow their national contact centre and recruit for some further staff as an Appointment Advisor. 

The role

Respond to inbound and outbound call activity
To arrange, re-schedule and confirm appointments for dispensers in both the branch and field
Handling of all inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Achieve pre-determined targets and objectives to contribute to the overall performance of the Contact Centre
Undertake any other duties as required in order to fulfil the objectives of the Contact Centre

Plan, prepare and generate new appointments by telephone to increase the client database and potential sales revenue

Accurate input of client information in line with Quality Evaluation

Essential Experience

We are looking to attract highly motivated candidates who have a passion for working to targets 
Candidates must have worked ideally within a contact centre environment and have experience of making outbound calls.
Excellent communication skills
Good organisation skills
This is a commission based role and £18,000 is a realistic earning potential
