Central Appointment Booking Advisor (CAB)
We are currently looking for people with a proven track record in customer service to join a large corporate organisation based in Narborough, Leicestershire.

We are recruiting on the following basis:

Working Hours: 35 hours per week. On a 7 hour rotational shift between Mon – Fri 8am to 9pm Sat 8am to 4pm
Contract: Temporary, with the possibility of being offered a Permanent position

If you are interested in joining the CAB’s team you will need to have excellent customer service skills along with exceptional listening skills and an articulate and clear telephone manner

As a Central Appointment Booking Advisor your main responsibilities will involve being the primary contact for both new and existing customers, promoting Branches and identifying/securing appointments for the various current accounts, savings accounts and mortgage products. The role will include handling inbound and outbound calls effectively, whilst delivering an excellent quality of service.

This is great opportunity for somebody who enjoys working within a service driven organisation. All successful candidates will be subject to a credit check must be able to supply 3 year of continuous references – Either academic, employment or benefit/Jobseekers Allowance.
